Welcome to Chrysalis Livin!
I’m Lauren Mahabir—a certified life coach infused with Caribbean warmth, born under the vibrant skies of the islands. My journey from a fast-paced career in corporate marketing to heart-centered coaching reflects my own path of transformation into a more aligned and vibrant self.
From Marketing to Meaning
I was always drawn to human connection. Though I began in Psychology, I pivoted to business and found success in marketing for many years. But when the world slowed down during the pandemic, I felt a deep pull toward something more purposeful. That search led me to life coaching—a field that allowed me to support others while honoring my own growth.
A Life Rooted in Joy and Presence
Raised on the rhythms of soca and the strength of close family bonds, I find joy in soulful conversations, peaceful moments by the ocean, and spontaneous dance breaks. Outside of coaching, you’ll find me flowing through a Pilates class, wandering in nature, or simply laughing with the people I love.
